What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft has been one of the leading names in this space for decades because their products work right out of the box, integrate well, and offer a variety of options for customizing the way you work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the file share and send to self functions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish it were easier to save/favorite/bookmark chat content in Teams and I wish it were easier to save/share recordings post call with non-participants.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft remains a global superpower for a reason.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It has an entire ecosystem built for the employees rather than mere messaging and calling them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The files shared through chat are always saved in Sharepoint and can be easily located whenever required.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While sharing files, it cannot transfer above a certain file size which is pretty less.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A little improvement in the file sharing and documenting transcripts from meetings.
