What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Microsoft Teams is its seamless integration with the Microsoft 365 suite. This makes collaboration and file sharing extremely easy, as all tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint are readily accessible within the platform. The ability to work on documents in real-time with team members during video calls or chats is a huge time-saver and enhances productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Microsoft Teams is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming with the sheer number of notifications and channels. It's easy to miss important messages when there are too many threads or conversations happening at once. The interface could also be a bit cleaner, as it can get cluttered when multiple teams or channels are active simultaneously.

I would recommend that anyone considering Microsoft Teams first assess their team's specific needs. What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It has more innovative features. Teams Premium allows for Townhalls, webinars and also integrate AI summaries which saves an abundance of time in meetings creating notes and actions for you.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use for quick calls and instant messaging. It allows for you to easily see when your team is available and you can have quick dialogue without constant emailing. I also like the integration to Outlook - makes it easy to set up meetings across departments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of search function on chats

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Teams. The functionality and reliability is better than some other platforms we've used previously and the features are always improving
