What differentiates Microsoft Teams is the deep Microsoft 365 integration. Teams isnt just app but it acts like a glue that sticks Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, OneDrive etc together. Plus it comes with enterprise grade security and compliance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of Microsft Teams is it brings everything together in one place whether it be chat, file sharing, video call, tasks, notes, and even whiteboards so users dont have to keep switching between different apps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I particulary dislike about Microsoft Teams, it is truly good.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

i would highly recommend Microsoft Teams to anyone who is considering this product. Microsoft Teams is a powerful collaboration tool and its value significantly increases once used with other Microsoft apps.
