What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The usability and interface of their program.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to screen share when I am on a call with someone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That when I get an IM it program doesn't immediately open and supersede anything I am doing. It gives a small popup box in the corner, but if I am not looking at that screen I miss it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try and see if it works for your office!

It has integrations with other Microsoft Office applications which makes it easier for users to use additional functionalities in the same product which in turn saves their time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the product is this is one-stop solution for a wide range of features like chat, video conferencing, file sharing, and collaboration tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product has many advanced features which are often difficult to understand for new users, they need to be guided accordingly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take advantage of the applications integration with other Microsoft applications and third-party apps to understand the facilities it provides and then eventually go ahead with paid plans.
