What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

clean and professional, ease of use and familiarity, especially with mainstream adoption of MS office throughout the corporate landscape.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MS Office integration and application compatibility. logical hierarchy, Chat engine for 1 to 1 and team collaboration. Quick video / voice call collaboration. Pinned access to different teams and channels, integrated calendar to schedule and view virtual meetings. Accessing shared files via the search feature works great and saves time. .

What do you dislike most about this product?

Performance can be problematic at times, with clear lag in video calls. Integration with other vendor applications is limited

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are comfortable with MS Office Suite and want something familiar and intuitive for Team collaboration and communication, then this is your product, What are you waiting for?
