What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part of Microsoft Teams is how it works smoothly with Microsoft 365. This makes it easy for users to collaborate using familiar tools like Word, Excel, and OneNote right within the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing I don’t like about Microsoft Teams is that it can be overwhelming because of all the features and options. For new users, the interface can be a bit tricky to navigate at first.

Microsoft Teams is the best collaboration tool in the market today. Teams is a hub for collaboration, The real-time collaboration functionality is greatly impressive. With features like document storage, chat, and online meetings, its easy collaborate on documents in real time using built-in Office 365 applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. . Users can work on documents simultaneously, making it easy to ensure everyone is on the same page without dealing with multiple versions of files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The transcription feature in video calls is poor, Lack of training leading to user frustration when navigating its features

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

People should have training about the solution because there are a lot of apps in Microsoft Teams that you can work on Keep Teams open and use it for internal workflows, and only use email for external communications or non-urgent matters
