What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Perfect combination with chat and voice, excellent for events with a big teamwork .

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing, for me is perfect have a lot of features. Microsoft Teams offers access control, information management and security better than other IM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't be afraid to use all the functions that Microsoft Teams have, think different. Allows the creation of "user groups", a way of grouping users across channels, to send messages to entire teams or departments. If your company already pays for Microsoft 365, you could get the premium version of Teams without paying more.
