Fantastic UCaaS tool by Microsoft

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

In this remote work environment, Microsoft Teams makes it very easy to set up virtual meetings using Outlook. So far, we have not had any issues with attendees being able to join, and I love the notification showing who has started the Teams meeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Teams UCaaS serves as a great replacement to landline phone and combines features of other communication / collatboration programs such as Skype and Share Point.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the meeting audio transcription is a great feature, it is difficult to retrieve the meeting notes after the call has ended. I was able to copy-paste the notes just before the meeting ended, but it is difficult to read because of the sentences broken apart with times in [parenthesis].

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teams is a great Unified Communications as a Service (UCaas) tool whose features can meet or even exceed the requirements of any organization's teams. It also has smart features such as automatically muting attendees for large conference calls.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Trustworthy

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams is really integrated into all of microsofts tools, which is especially useful since we use 365. but users should note that the calendar feature, overlaps with outlooks. the two integrate well as long as outloook is the primary calendar tool. ther eis also a challenge of documents getting storred ni teams rather than in files within the 365 one drive system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the notifications for meetings and seemless meeting calendar interface is very useful!

What do you dislike most about this product?

the challenges with creating meeting notes in the tool
