Highest level as a communication tool for remote

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

MS Teams is supposed to be used as an enterprise license, basically for free. It has been established within the MS application as a complex communication tool, such as chat, phone, team channel chain publishing, whiteboard, and meetings. It can also be linked with OneDrive, and several external products also support the linkage of MS Teams application, and it is possible to open the linked application from Teams (open in the Teams application), integrated as a tool The point is it is possible to go is that it is possible to respond to the use of cloud applications these days. Also, since Office files can be edited at the same time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Before Teams was introduced in the company, there were a lot of emails and it took a long time to process them. However, by introducing Teams, when files are shared, it is possible to exchange almost in real-time with several people at the same time, so efficiency has improved dramatically. Especially if you keep exchanging emails with attachments, there are cases where you won't know which is the latest version when you check it later, but if you are exchanging with the Teams team, which is the latest, you can tell immediately by the updated date.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Feature additions and UI/icon design changes occur over a short period of time. There are some feature updates almost every month, and the icon and UI design changes frequently, so it can be confusing if you are not used to it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Software that makes a significant contribution to communication and collaboration with remote members. In addition to the simultaneous editing of materials, it is possible for a large number of people to speak at the same time in a web conference, so it is possible to feedback. In the days when we exchanged by email, each person created and confirmed the materials and finally combined them, so even if we think about it, the work can be completed very quickly.

The chat and MTG functions can be integrated

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

After using it, I felt that the messaging feature was superior to other services. There is also a mention function, for example, if you are communicating in a group and want to reply to one of them, you can use the mention function to know at a glance what kind of content you want to convey to whom.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Since the "Everyone has read" mark is added to the group chat, it is easy to visualize the situation. In addition to the chat function, I think it's convenient to have an "activity" that allows you to check all the mentions and reactions directed at you and a calendar function.

What do you dislike most about this product?

About the functions you want, the points that are difficult to understand and enter. If you press the Enter key by mistake, it will be sent as is.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has become possible to communicate smoothly with problems being solved, concrete effects, and smooth communication. I realized how busy the other party was. Functions, points, and chat functions that contributed to the task. In Teams, the current situation (contact is possible, temporarily absent, etc.) is known as the status of the other party, and by responding according to the other party's situation, it is possible to solve the problem of not being able to communicate.
