What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Integrates smoothly with most other Microsoft products. Strong security features compared to some solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Unified communication platform, security, and integration with office365 cloud.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's slow to load on MacOS, and is very bulky in operation. Also, video conferencing is very non-intuitive compared to other products on the market.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If using windows-based and Microsoft-based environments, this might be a good tool but make sure to try it out on the older machines in the organization and see if it behaves properly.
