A versatile tool that works anywhere

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Enjoy robust calls from all devices, including phones, computers and tablets, easily programmed. In addition, We could have a regular conversation regardless of the medium. Send invitations to individuals inside and outside the organization with the speed of email, and help recipients respond efficiently. The fact that it is automatically recorded in the calendar is also beneficial.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Used as an internal tool to communicate and collaborate. Excellent for collaborating and working with Office. During a meeting, it is convenient to share and edit Office files. There are many web conferencing tools available. However, most internal meetings are conducted in Teams. Managing web conferencing was difficult, especially in the early days of the Crown crisis, but being able to calendar the schedule in Teams was beneficial. Teams are an excellent tool because they can be used right out of the box.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the specs of our PC are not very good, but I think that 8 GB of memory is essential, although I feel that it is improving little by little.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We have been using it as a convenient tool for internal communication. The IP phone function is also installed separately. It is used as an internal extension. It is also used to communicate with the outside world, so it is used as a replacement for the fixed-line phone.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing
