What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It has a lot more features and easily integrates with Microsoft products as a whole

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can send links, documents, etc and open up other Microsoft apps. I also really like the notes feature when in meetings!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm confused/frustrated as to why it keeps switching between the new and old Teams. The new Teams also had a glitch where someone could have a message pop up even when they were sharing screen

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The security, ease of integration and the overall size of MS office and it's utilization mean that other companies do not have the size to compete.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The security, and notifications aspect and the collaboration between the various MS tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not the most intuitive when first starting on this, as it is microsoft.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great for enterprise and companies looking to save whilst expanding.
