It made us able to move to work from home quickly and practically with no impact to work and functionality

I can't think of anything!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It will make your team effective at working remotely like no other application out there. It can be helpful to direct teams on what to use when - chat is best for short communications, teams is for project management, longer communications are most effective still via a call or an email (or both)

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Some of the main features that it includes are meeting with shared files, conversations and tasks. It separates formations into channel and puts your information in context. The channel only contain messages, meetings, conversations and related topics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using Microsoft Team you will experience extra features of communications with better focus on your work. You don,t have to waste your time going through an inbox that contains message send by everyone about every things.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the file structures of the Microsoft Team may confuse its users. If you are editing a document in Word and and you want to share it with your team members, you must have to share it via E-mail. There is no option to send it via Team chat.

Microsoft team enhances your team work experiences. It provides a lot of additional features that other software don’t provide. You can make your team work better using Microsoft Team.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Instant messaging is provided by this application. Users’ can send scheduled messages to other people, start voice and video calls when needed. It provides easy accessibility on mobile and desktop which allows users’ to work and communicate accordingly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the best features is document sharing function in this application. Users’ can share their work through this application and does not require any other application for this work. Video and audio quality is excellent without any bugs or errors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Screen sharing contains errors and bugs which is irritating for the users’. This disrupts the meeting of the users’. The functionalities in mobile application are not user-friendly. The mobile application is not flexible and simple enough for the user to understand and due to this the user face difficulty using it. It does not offer a free trial version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This application allows users’ to communicate in a group, and that includes their messages, voice-messages and video calls. This is a great feature which is not offered by other applications. Users’ when want to interact in a small group, this feature is quiet helpful.
