What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is a one for all communications tool that we use mostly for video conferencing and webinars and stands out from the rest for us since we already use other Microsoft products and its integrated with them all thus making life a lot more easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Microsoft Teams is that you can host any type of online meeting whether its one to one or its a webinar with hundreds of participants. While hosting, you have full control over the meeting where you can use your screen as a virtual whiteboard and you can share files easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Little to no bad things can be mentioned about Microsoft teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams is a very reliable and stable communications tool thus I highly recommend using it for people who are yet not sure about whether to upgrade or not.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I have used Teams, Zoom, and Go to Meeting. In the world of COVID, and seeing how we own and operate nursing homes, we have had a lot of virtual meetings to discuss positive cases in the facility, etc. Teams has been huge for this. With over 100 locations across the state, it works great for us all to come together wherever we are, interview candidates without having to bring them in, or just chat via IM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to meet with as many people as I need to and interact as if we were face to face.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have some connectivity issues where I or the presenter cuts out badly, but that is probably more of an internet issue, and not Teams itself.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend using Teams over any other virtual meeting programs. Very user friendly.
