Integration with the rest of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish the chat display was laid out a little better. Our users sometimes type chatting in the wrong chat because a group chat will display a specific persons name.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product if you are using other Microsoft products.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

MS Teams comes with a wide range of tools and offerings including cloud based sharing of files with version tracking, the ability to transfer huge files, in-app voting options, auto chat scripting and a load of other add-ons to boost productivity

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharing huge files across chats or with other collogues by simply uploading the file. One dosen't need to zip/ upload to a drive and share it, its a hassle free option for sharing files

What do you dislike most about this product?

Most times MS Teams on mobile and macbook dosen't sync properly despite no internet related problems. You might get a notification or call on one of the device but not on the other.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for the best enterprise level tool for communications and collaboration, simply go for it
