What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The usability and interface of their program.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to screen share when I am on a call with someone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That when I get an IM it program doesn't immediately open and supersede anything I am doing. It gives a small popup box in the corner, but if I am not looking at that screen I miss it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try and see if it works for your office!

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft teams has also the features you could ask for in a business communications tool. Its file sharing and screensharing capabilities are excellent and some of its integrations are unique to teams. Teams channels and groups helps in creating spaces for different teams as well as keeping everyone up to date on any news inside the org. Its online meeting capabilities are top of the class.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Online meetings and messaging features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No save message features in the new MS teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Absolutely go for this product. It has the most features compared to its competitors.
