Deep integration with Microsoft 365

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Rapid development cycle, new features launching seemingly monthly which addresses wants.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the admin controls leave a little to be desired, either poorly documented, or only configurable via PowerShell

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Walk through the admin panel with your project team and infosec specialists and agree upfront what configurations you should choose. Appoint product specialists to administrate the product. Conduct a hearts and minds campaign, especially if coming from other products.

Microsoft Team has a Modern simplified User Interface, but underneath its simple to use interface hides a plethora of features & integrations which make it a simple yet powerful tool suitable for efficient collaboration within any team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Excellent integration with Office 365 applications and the third party app integrations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It needs better file sharing capabilities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a new messaging app for you team definitely consider Microsoft Teams. It is a huge upgrade from Skype for Business and other similar apps, and saves a lot of time by providing a comprehensive collaboration & communication solution.
