Great product, but could be improved.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The ease of use is a main one for me. Our company were talking about moving to Zoom, which I have used previously, but I objected. The user interface of teams is much better. A lot smarter and 'round edged' compared to other communication services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The chat function. How easy it is to just find a person and send them a quick message. Compared to other messaging services, it's a cut above.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You only receive message notifications from the team that you are currently logged into. I am a guest on other companies teams, which I don't get notifications for when logged into my main account. I miss messages for days sometimes because I don't know they're there.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ease of use and the integration for Sharepoint and emails. The ability to just pick up on your mobile when you're not at your desk also. It's just so easy.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
