What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It has lot of features which makes it more interesting and smooth for business use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can immediately connect with various people inside and outside my organization using Microsoft teams by setting up a call . It helps me to get contact number of people through teams search and quickly connect with even unknown people in my organization through teams chat.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really like and appreciate the features that i am getting in this software. It helps me everyday to quickly resolve my work related issues even during work from home.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a single solution for all type of interactions among your various teams and team members then Microsoft teams will be the right choice for you.
