What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Having everything all in one place to collaborate, perform web conferencing, meeting with individual and multiple clients. There are still many features I haven't even explored as of yet.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Collaboration is my favorite and most used aspect. Being able to share in real time on a shared channel.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't found anything as of yet except the fact that there are so many choices to choose how to use. I only use the free subscription and I still have many features to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whether big or small, internal or external companies, this is the right program for you. Teams can give you everything you need all in one place.
