Not so great if you're on Google ecosystem. Finding archived chats is a pain.

A great addition to your VC needs as its from Microsoft which is the grandfather of computing.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Best part of MS Teams is it allows people to come together, work together specially when you are working remotely very easily without any hassle. Features like meetings can be easily scheduled, audio and voice calls in one go, amazing audio and video quality during video conferences makes MS Teams stand apart from other tools in current market. Integration with other tools is very efficient, all your meetings are in sync as it can be integrated with MS Outlook as well. Meetings can be attended via web browser or through mobile app as well, even the calls can be switched from desktop application on to your mobile application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are many favorite aspects of MS teams, it just works flawless and a very feature-rich software which allows to collaborate very easily. Aspects like - - Immediate dial for voice or a video call as well as an instant message. - Screen sharing can be used during video conferences. - One can control someone else's machine very easily during meetings. - One can appreciate someone with the help Praise feature. - Messages can be send by setting a priority to it - Sessions, meetings can be recorded and used for future references - During meetings, host can easily control participants by changing from mute /unmute

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no dislikes on to its features, it just works flawlessly. But only thing is as it has lot of advanced features it sometimes consumes lot of cpu memory due to which the system performance is hammered drastically. Not advisable to use on virtual machines as it makes system very slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Best tool in current market for collaboration and communication which is advisable to use by all users who work in large size projects and who has requirement of collaborative work.
