What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

You may think that it is another of many communication tools but Microsoft Teams has a known support that makes the difference with other applications, meetings can be created in a quick and easy way, it is also possible to access the meetings with a link without invasive notifications to participants, also allows you to save the recording of the meeting in Sharepoint for tracking and feedback.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

At the organizational level, it is a tool that fits very well in that environment as the application integrates seamlessly with other applications such as calendar and email, allowing the sharing of meeting links quickly and simply to the entire work team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing that I really don't like about the tool is the sharing screen because it loses details in the preview that it shows, maybe there could be the possibility to show the screen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a communication tool it is excellent, and if we add to this powerful collaboration functions then it becomes an indispensable tool in any company that looks to the future. With Microsoft Teams we can be sure that our work environment will always be in contact, thus facilitating decision making.

The best part of Teams application is communication and collaboration with team. Here we can communicate, share docs, manage projects, can view the progress of each items Other tools are not supporting these many features CI CD pipeline integration Schedule a meetings Transparent of work details for everyone in the team

Nothing to say dislikes, can be improvement areas are Security permission are somehow difficult to understand Costing is little high compared to other tools in the market Certification are not properly structured
