More to a team collaboration workspace, Microsoft Teams offers an unified communication platform that helps keep an efficient flow of information between team members.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Teams has very effective communication features like video calling, audio calling, instant messaging, screen sharing and online meetings that makes communication between team members efficient and allow free flow of information. The quality of video and audio is superb and does not lag. There are advanced data protection and encryption features that ensures total data and information protection against unauthorized personnel. It helps the team to come together and work together on various projects to ensure timely completion of projects without delays.

What do you dislike most about this product?

During online meetings, the video and audio always lag when the internet connection buffers and this affects the meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have been using this product for a while and i can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for an advanced team collaboration tool that offers a unified communication platform. It has proved to be the best product for the work.
