What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams has excellent integration across Sharepoint, Outlook, OneDrive, etc. That is the best part, in addition to the IM, video/audio conferencing, search, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is how well it integrates with Outlook and Teams meetings on a consolidated calendar.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that when screen-sharing only one window, if I switch to a different screen, it appears white for the meeting participants.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend Teams for very productive team collaboration, meetings, files, etc.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

While it is true that Microsoft Teams has many of the functions of other applications oriented to remote communication either by voice or video, the difference between this and other similar tools is the collaborative approach that it offers, being intimately linked with Outlook email, calendar and other Office applications, it becomes a platform oriented to teamwork where all its components are used to simplify the work when team members are not physically present at the usual work site.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Thanks to the integration with the Calendar I can from the role of administrator of the conference schedule the time and date of the same, with the accounts synchronized to the calendar notifications to each of the participants is done automatically, this point is in my opinion one of the most striking because it saves time in creating each meeting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The application is natively configured to boot simultaneously with the operating system which I find invasive, fortunately you have the option to disable this boot mode and leave it manual.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Almost all our work environment makes use of Microsoft from its operating system as the group of office applications, in fact with the deployment of Microsoft Teams and its integration with other Microsoft tools our team perceives the stability and the guarantee that such products provide and the support of a technical staff that is always available for any inconvenience presented; points like these are what allow us to continue relying on Microsoft and the communication tool par excellence Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft has a plethora of features that make it ideal for educational institutes, to conduct classes and sessions virtually

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's ability and ease to create and manage classrooms, and centralized features such as class notebooks and reading lists.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes in large meetings where all participants have their video on, it creates a lag and tends to glitch.

Take time to explore all features available, and integrate them as necessary into the workflow.
