What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Everything in the platform is superb, chat features is amazing, makes you track all employees if they are available on not using computer

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the add ons feature for microsoft teams which allowed us to have Class Networks, which allowed us to make and receive calls on Microsoft teams (From our local numbers) This allowed us to work effectively - working from home

What do you dislike most about this product?

Just some bugs on video calls which has made us to say bye to the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say, its amazing. No doubt it has everything one needs from a platform instant chats, video/voice calling. Makes the communication effective for organisations.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I would say it has everything a business needs for operating. The video calling, voice calling features have been great. Chatting and sharing information has been easier and useful. The use of Trello integration has been the best feature for me along with hundreds of add ons to choose from.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I would say the add ons have been the best, my favourite being Class networks. Which has allowed us to make and receive calls from local numbers. This has made our business to be effective as using no landlines anymore and using the internet to do everything.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Video calling has not been the best I would say as compared to Zoom. It does get some bugs from time to time

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say for it does everything it says it does. I highly recommend this product, it has all features one business needs.
