What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams ability to integrate with a variety of third party software and hardware tools, is the main point of differentiations between Teams and close substitute apps. out there.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Teams integrates with my regular Microsoft applications such as Onedrive and Powerpoint. This simply enables a smooth experience moving content from integrated applications into Microsoft Teams and improving the quality of my experience, in the process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the likelihood for Teams to crash on mobile devices , forcing me to restart and rejoin team conversations. Also, navigation on mobile device can be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When it comes to remote based communication , beyond just video conferencing, Teams is the ultimate choice for me as it encompass everything I expect to have in a collaboration program.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Easily integrates with existing MS suite.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to work remotely and collaborate with manufacturing, shipping, accounting, and any other departments within the organization is seamless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is limited capability to utilize all Excel functionality when modifying spreadsheets within the teams platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are already using MS products, this addition makes total sense and is well worth it.
