It is more user friendly wrt UI and the ability to have multiple tools integrated

Seamless conferencing

The web version hangs and we cant schedule a call within a group thread

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Ease of use, Robustness, High Availability, Security recording feature, control of Host during a meeting Synch with Outlook calendar

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

as I said ease of use is one of the best features. Also calendar management is easy as you see all your meeting in one screen

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would there is nothing that i don't like it, it fully satisfies my requirements and needs. One thing which as an end use I am not aware is the licensing cost, I believe cost should be reviewed or taken care of

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say it is highly recommended product. it is some thing that you can fully trust and secure and comes with areliability
