What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The functionality, convenience, and ease in using Microsoft Teams is what drew me into the software. It has solved many problems both within our departments and working alongside those in other departments and organizations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The convenience. It was very easy to learn and solves an array of problems - many of which I didn't think needed to be solved until remote opportunities became more vital.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Truthfully I don't dislike much about Teams. The quality can be difficult during calls with multiple people, but otherwise it's a simple fix.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software in particular will allow more comfortability in the workspace for both employers and especially employees.

The video sharing functionality in meetings

Check if your employees are okay euthanising windows or they they prefer an alternative like Slack and Google
