You can rely on the software to have all the data you need in the location you need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's hard to understand the difference between Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive and Skype for Business.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The software never crashes, it has never let us down throughout. One big reason is Microsoft is one of the best in the market and protects its platform from everything.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best thing I have encountered from Microsoft Teams is the use of different add-ons as such as the Class Networks for getting and making calls from Teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times Teams does take up a lot of space from your computer or does not work best due to the internet speed, which should have been avoided by the company and should have been working fast as always - This speed issue has been the biggest problem that we have encountered till date. Other than that another minor issue is related to scheduling meetings utilizing the distribution list

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform is essential for every organisation, makes the best video/audio calls, schedule meetings, have groups, instant messaging and gets the message out there in seconds. I recommend the platform to every business.
