What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is easy to use and shines in the massive array of features it offers. It also offers advanced features like hold music, VOIP number, automated attendant. The quality of speech and video it offers is top-notch. It also supports all types of file formats enabling us to send documents easily across our organization. It is affordability fits our budget well and we also love how user-frinedly the tool is. It seamlessly integrates with other applications with great collaboration tools. Also it allows us to host a lrge number of participants in virtual meetings which is an exceptional feature that is attractive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite and easy tool is having to record all our meetings and saving them for later use. It helps to get clear concepts and view them later. The user interface is user-friendly and intuitive. It delivers a world-class quality of sound and videos. No bugs or lags is experienced even on mobile application. We can also host virtual meetings of even up to 100 participants.Also the chat tool enables us to communicate well before and after meetings which keep us engaged at all times. The live captions help us to follow up meetings in real-time which a big plus to us.We can communicate much faster tha emails and improve employee productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the disadvantages of using the application is that in some of our PCs it consums a lot of RAM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great video conference tool for business to improve their communication. It is well suited for meetings calls, webinars file sharing, discussions. It is not suited for organizations that lack a strong internet connection. Its ease of use and reliability makes it an exceptional tool.

All round tool. Not just video or audio but also messaging aswell.

Messenger as its similar to Slack

What do you dislike most about this product?

Quality of the video conferencing is the reason we stopped using it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's good for a bunch of features but if you have large numbers of employees in video calls then maybe Zoom is better
