What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The trust and reliability that it is Microsoft product makes it a stand out from its competitors. Also, the licensing is easy being one from a package of Microsoft product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the responsiveness of the tool. Also, the cool emojis included are great that makes the conversation more interactive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing much to dislike, however it takes quite a bit of time to get the call reconnected in case of any call drops.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended if you are looking for any tool for team collaboration.
