What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

An application that has a proven track record for the "Teams" URL to be sent even in meetings with other companies. The motion is light. It will start up stably even on a low spec PC. The meeting setup is very simple as meeting times are recorded. It is used by MTG inside and outside the company. It works with Gmail and the Microsoft calendar application, so. If you want to MTG with someone, it is very convenient to be able to start MTG immediately without having to open the application and set it up.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Internal use began in 2021. Until now, there were four methods of communication: telephone, e-mail, face-to-face conferencing, and videoconferencing, but with the increase in equipment, communication has been facilitated. Specifically, it involves the following. Conducting a web conference at your own site. Face-to-face. No need to set up the conference room like a TV conference. You can see the exchange in the chat tree and the reaction is completed with the seal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Communication stability is better than when it was first introduced, but it can become unstable depending on the time zone. Still, the line never went dead, so no problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The frequency of meetings with employees and customers at other bases has increased due to the web conferencing tool. Due to a shortage of travel time, the number of meetings every day has grown. Minor correspondence has shifted from email to chat, and the volume of emails has dropped. Important content is no longer buried.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It not only a mean for audio and video call but also a mean to share files or share screen. Recently some system issue so it allowed me to share screen to IT team of office with out even need to jump on call.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are many features which are love: - file sharing and working of different team at the same time - meeting recording - screen sharing without need to connect on call

What do you dislike most about this product?

there are no feature that anyone would not like about teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is good for every user and accessible wold wide and have no restriction anywhere. So overall its highly recommendable for connecting specifically for business trend change to work from home after pandemic
