What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

In Microsoft Teams one messages can be heard (voice). It also automatically integrates with other Microsoft applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

UI/UX is easy to use and learn. The labels are friendly and understandable as well. Microsoft teams is a handy tool in sharing files and information across the whole organisation. It offers strong and consistent voice calls.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One can easily be late on replying messages as the notifications does not show up immediately messages/files are sent. Otherwise everything works perfect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended to organisations that often hold departmental meetings. It's works well in sharing of large files and data.

Video effects are not so much as compared to other available tools like zoom

you can connect with colleagues and chat based on your project requirements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Need to improve on the video effects background and screen sharing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend everyone who has Microsoft suite to try this it's really nice and has free video-conferencing facilities up to a good extent.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The first impact with Teams was pleasantly positive. The simplicity of use makes it a flagship product compared to other competitors. Having the Teams App installed on your smartphone allows you to continue where you haven't finished yet or be always connected with colleagues at any time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The aspect that I prefer most is the possibility to help colleagues more not only with the voice during a conference, but also through the sharing tool of my screen to increase the interaction with the topic in question.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In general I have not found negative aspects in using Teams even if the integration with third party products is not always so simple to implement. I've had a few cases where the application crashed for no apparent reason

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would like to recommend this product to all people who are looking for a valid solution to access the contents shared by colleagues at any time, collaborate on projects remotely without the need to be all in the same office, also considering that Teams can be installed. on different platforms covering everyone's needs. It is also possible to consult chats and shared files at any time during and after the meetings.
