What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The add-ons provided by them are really great and appealing and make it one of the most reliable and prominent platforms for video conferencing. Also, the quality of audio and video are totally outstingn. It works perfectly fine even in the low bandwidth. All of these features make it part and best among other software and alternatives.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Collaboration tools are quick and fantastic as we can connect with teams internally and externally with ease. It provides us with lots of fantastic features with a mind-blowing dashboard.UI is user-friendly and easy to operate. Apart from that, we can create groups for different purposes with different participants making it much easier to work on different projects and teams at once.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes urgent notifications are not even being shown and are missed which creates a little frustration. Also, the dropping of calls sometimes in between due to some bug or internet failure is also one of the issues that I have faced multiple times. But, this tool is constantly improving.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best thing about this platform is that we can easily integrate other third-party applications with ease. So, I would recommend this tool if you are looking for some software to collaborate and connect with teams throughout the day on an easy and quick basis. Then, this software is the best choice.

It is very easy to collaborate with teams here and application is light so works like breeze. The fact that collaboration and Web conferencing are at one place is a major advantage. The UI is very intuitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't think of anything.
