If you have a mid sized organization, then you should go for this product. It will help you to create a good inter-organization communication chain.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

SSO with exchange and Active Directory is phenomenal. I love it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Video Conferencing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, creating teams ends up having them too much.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Send users a short youtube video about how to use teams, so they dont end up calling IT for every thing inside teams. Set rules about creating teams, afterwards it will be hard to get cleaned.
