What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The main benefit is the ease of integration with other microsoft platforms. Overall it is an ok proudct, but as a standa lone platfrom there are better options available

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The direct connection of teams and sharepoint spaces, as well as the file storage access directly from within the chats / teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the confusing and redundant terminology of chats, teams, channels, and the associated file spaces for each

Make sure it aligns with your broader business software stack.
