Microsoft teams has some of my favorite features

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I think what differentiates Microsoft teams from other products is that it is super easy to do a video conference call and add members of your team onto the call. Other applications had glitches more often than Microsoft teams so that’s what I would say differentiates it

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the video feature and the transcribe feature of Microsoft teams. It’s really easy to do a video call and to transcribe that call into Notes. so then I can go back and look at what we spoke about during our meeting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the glitches that happen during the video calls. Sometimes when I schedule a meeting and I hop on that call with colleague and my camera is on, my face won’t show up in the call. It’ll glitch the whole time. And that really frustrates me sometimes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say try the product out because the video calls for meetings and the transcribe feature is really worth it overall, because those are my favorite features of Microsoft teams and then just go from there.

The best part of Teams is how it keeps everyone connected and on the same page, whether we’re working remotely or in the office.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find the interface a bit cluttered at times, and navigating between chats, channels, and files could be more intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your organization already uses Microsoft 365, Teams is the best choice since it integrates seamlessly with Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
