What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams has the Voice calling and Video calling feature, which most of the premium business communication platform doesn't have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Calling feature and we can contact the other organization contacts also, if we have the proper business mail id. Thats one of my favorite features in Teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When uploading the file, which is already uploaded in Teams, it will automatically rename the file. That the only thing I felt bad, we have to rename the file and reupload it. Actually, it's useful one, but most of the times it will get renamed for the same file.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the best communication application, which I have used. If someone looking for the business communication along with calling feature integrated this is the best option tool.
