What differentiates Microsoft Power Query from other similar products?

Transformation capabilities within excel. It makes it easy to implement functions like filtering, joining, aggregating, splitting, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Statistical summaries can be seen on the whole dataset, Very good at profiling large datasets with ease and help in optimizing the cleaning strategy as anomalies can be easily detected.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As with other products of Microsoft like Power BI and Excel, power query's availability on other platforms is not available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely go for learning this. No need to know or implement complex formulas to do tasks in excel as using power query will make it pretty easy.
