Business Professional Email Hosting

Likeliness to Recommend

8 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving from other similar products?

All of our email correspondence is handled efficiently and effectively via Microsoft Exchange. Because of our tiny staff, we rely on Microsoft Exchange to handle all of our email, alias, and distribution group needs. It has a high degree of reliability and seldom causes problems for us. It's far cheaper than competing business email solutions like Gsuite.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The entire company relies on Microsoft Exchange on a regular basis. Because using Microsoft Exchange, we've increased our productivity to new heights. Exchange's intuitive interface and ability to easily integrate other programs has made it easy for us to keep in constant contact with one another.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be great if cloud-based email was more easily integrated. It would be helpful to have built-in deduplication for email databases. Sometimes the whitelisting of email addresses goes backwards.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Organizations and small enterprises alike may benefit greatly from Microsoft Exchange. It allows for open lines of communication inside an organization, fostering the development of a cohesive unit. Regardless of where we happen to be, we always have access to our inboxes and schedules. Microsoft Office 365, on the other hand, may be better suitable for larger businesses due to its ability to support employees' use of a wider variety of devices.

Pros

  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Saves Time
  • Respectful

The Central location to host all customer email

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving from other similar products?

Many of our clients and ourselves use Microsoft Exchange to store and access email. It's used across the board and is housed on a server in different data centers. It solves the organizational issue of not knowing who is responsible for what in terms of email configuration and management. We are not dependent on a third party to maintain our website.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using Microsoft Exchange in combination with Microsoft Active Directory Services is a smart move for any business. Because of its compatibility with Active Directory, it is an excellent choice for any business whose personnel has the necessary Microsoft expertise to administer an Exchange server. If you can't set up an on-premises Exchange server, it might not be worthwhile to install Exchange. Microsoft 365 may be the better option if you don't have the infrastructure to handle the alternative.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A company's willingness to invest in an Exchange Server On-Premise Environment and the setup of its Exchange servers are two of the most important variables in ensuring the server's stability and availability. Given that the company's email and servers are likely stored on its hardware, they would be lost in the event of a tragedy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our company uses Microsoft Exchange to manage email and other forms of electronic correspondence. It's a tool for managing our conference rooms and for organizing meetings. Our whole company uses it, in every division. In our facilities, email is utilized on every type of computer and mobile device, including the touch displays that serve as digital signage in conference rooms.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Enables Productivity
  • Trustworthy
  • Efficient Service
