What differentiates MicroBiz from other similar products?

The truth is a platform that I prefer and it’s been quite efficient, Microbiza is beneficial to manage a business despite the place, allows to maintain order, and updates all necessary and relevant information. I prefer that you simply can produce a range of daily reports, inventory updates, and more. It’s ideal for little businesses and is extremely straightforward to use, I prefer the back office part, I believe it’s very functional.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have been using MicroBiz for several months and like it. It’s simple to use and our workers picked it up quickly. We were able to transfer products from our recent POS system. It manages the inventory of our yard and permits us to offer different pricing tiers to different customers. They need a cool feature that allows us to look at historical sales of an item right after we are ordering the item on a PO. MicroBiz also has to reorder points to hurry up making new Pos.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We had to repeat the info from our recent system into their import template – it did not automatically do this. They solely have a few options for payment processors – therefore we had to modify processors to use MicroBiz.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A recommendation would be that they’re clear that it is a very efficient platform however it is usually helpful in little businesses and that in some occasions it can be somewhat expensive.

What differentiates MicroBiz from other similar products?

Microbiz is a software that has unique characteristics that make it different from others, one of them is that it gives users extremely accurate information of their inventory so that they can be aware of how many products they have for their sales, It is associated with multiple payment providers so that sales can be much faster and at the same time secure transactions for both the customer and the company, it also integrates with Magento and similar e commerce platforms for greater versatility.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most is that its POS features are very simple, its interface is very clean and simple, so navigating through it is an easy process, I like that it is able to synchronize inventory information online and offline. of line, so that the retailer has at hand the correct inventory information at all times, as well as the one that provides a fairly moderate price and a very high ease of use so that anyone who wants to take a better management of their sales can do it with this software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microbiz offers the user an offline mode so that if their internet network fails, they can continue to have access to their inventory, but this function must be improved so that it is much more feasible and profitable for the retailer since it is sometimes complex to handle this mode.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is not a perfect software, but considering its ease of use, price and how feasible it is to improve sales management, I think it would be ideal to go to its implementation because it allows you to have knowledge of the inventory that is handled at all times diary .
