What differentiates MessageMedia from other similar products?
Great product that enables us to stay in touch with our clients in the best and most convenient way possible. I might positively suggest this product. The power that you simply don’t need to have a double choice into contact with a customer is nice. Additionally the ability to opt customers out in the backend as an administrator is great as well. In this manner, none of your workers will text customers that have asked not to be texted.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simple to use, easy to make and share templates, easy to create user accounts, elaborate reporting, easy to set up user settings except for time zone. I like how residents can reply to the text messaging. I like that if we’ve got an urgent matter like shutting down the water to a building we can instantly let them grasp the situation. We used to have to call everybody throughout the event. We can send rent reminders and lease renewal reminders. It’s an awfully valuable tool for us! Client service is extremely awesome!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The evaluation is expensive, The client Service is horrendous. You’ll get an email from somebody from Australia that the timezone issue is already a problem. Feels like a small five-person company. The options are 5 years behind everybody else in this space.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I loved the fact you may use an organization’s phone number. Or a five digits code. I liked that you simply could use the platform or email. I like that you simply used easy HTML to prevent the signature on the work email.

The flexibility to reach a customer without requiring a dual option is fantastic. Also useful as an operator is the option to opt consumers out from the backend. This manner, neither of your workers will be able to text consumers who have requested to never be texted.

Simple to use, simple to build and distribute templates, simple to establish user profiles, extensive reports, simple to modify user settings except time zone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost is excessive, and the customer support is poor. You'll receive an email from somebody in Australia, therefore the timing difference is also a concern. It appears to be a little 5-person firm. Everybody in this field is five years back in terms of features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Excellent tool that enables us to stay in touch with our consumers in the simplest and most affordable way imaginable. I highly recommend this tool. Simple deployment for small and large installations.
