What differentiates Mattermost from other similar products?

Its capacity for workflow orchestration and eliminating context switching, channel-based communication sets it apart.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its collaboration tools, brainstorming capacity, channel chat/messaging, notifications are super. Also the fact that it's open source.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Message loading sometimes takes time but its not that frequent. If that can be improved it would be awesome.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a secure, open source collaboration platform that's outstanding in channel-based communication and coordination.
