What differentiates Mattermost from other similar products?
Offers below set of features and the best one I like the most is integration. a) video calling b) audio calling c) file sharing d) Chatting e) integration
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ability to interact with other system is one good feature I like . No complication involved in using it. Especially the file sharing feature is so secured and most importantly the chat feature. Which helps us in chatting with a person individually as well as in groups in most secured environment. Another good ability is, it has support for both mobile and web applications
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its UI is doesn't look lighter nor it is trendy. This may be the robust product in this segment , but UI has to be improved and lighter versions of it should be released in the market.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One should go for it irrespective of their company size. It supports both mobile and web versions, which is required in times like this. I believe the more you give your employees free hand , the more productive they can be. We should provide employees with access to products like this, as it will make their job easy.

What differentiates Mattermost from other similar products?
As a company we had a generic chat service throughout the organization. But some clients asked us to maintain separate chat service with respective to project/account. Mattermost was the one which we have used , it showcase great features as a chat service, the level of security it maintains is another good thing. And also we can effortlessly switch between mobile and web application vice-versa.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It supports both mobile and web application, Unlike other chat services , it is secured and robust . We can build our own chat rooms and set privileges , which helps in allowing or restricting people in it. Another good option which I see in it is Notification part which are helpful and informative. Out of all this can be hosted privately which really helps any organization .
What do you dislike most about this product?
Setting up requires technical skills . Sometime we need to approach support team.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you wish to build a secured chat service and want to make jobs of your employee easy and secured then adopting this will be one of the right decision for management.
