What differentiates MailerLite from other similar products?
Mailerlite is what I use to keep in touch with my readers on a weekly basis. I have a lot of control over the tool, and it's simple to use and yields beautiful results. They offer fantastic technical support that helps me out whenever I encounter problems. In most cases, my problem is fixed quickly since they are both competent and quick to respond. I adore them!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customer Service is great! is great! Before the incredible product ever exists! In this modern day, it is really challenging to locate, observe, and acquire customer assistance. Unfortunately, it is correct. Having customer service makes a huge difference! You won't have to wait more than a day or two for an email response from MailerLite's support team. No, it's not an AI; that's great. Email support is often seen as a cold and uncaring approach to customer care by many. It is reasonable and, once again, unexpectedly quick, because MailerLite is global.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Truthfully, there isn't a single aspect of this service that I find objectionable. The UI was so extremely unintuitive and professional looking that I decided to leave MailChimp a long time ago.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Since I believe the opinions of other authors I know who use MailerLite, I decided to give it a try. I have researched their pricing and features in comparison to other mailing providers, so when the time comes, I will upgrade to their premium plan. They provide a lot of free features, though. When I required help with a subject that wasn't addressed on the site or in the tutorials, the support team at MailerLite was quick to respond and provided the information I needed.
