Design capabilities are limited compared to some of its competitors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider the cost-benefits of MailChimp compared to some of its competitors--they are quite a few similar services out there, differentiated by whethter they offer better design capabilities, pricing relative to use/size of distribution list, additional SMS marketing services, etc.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

MailChimp is our primary choice for creating, managing, and serving advertising campaigns. The success that MailChimp has shown in our company is incredible, one of the things that makes the difference between this platform and its competition is that MailChimp provides a system capable of improving the receptivity of campaigns. Other platforms send campaigns that are received by the Spam folder or by the Promotions folder of the recipients, while in MailChimp, most of the campaigns are received in the main tray of the clients, which helps the reading of campaigns is greater.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most about MailChimp is that it provides me with a great methodology for posting and displaying shared ad campaigns on social media. For us, it is a very efficient functionality, we can publish our campaigns on our networks such as Facebook or Instagram, and MailChimp gives us a panel to see the traffic that we have generated with those campaigns through social networks. I also love MailChimp's detailed reports, it gives me exact information on how many customers have accessed from my social networks, how many have accessed since the email invitation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I don't like about MailChimp is that the primary contact registration process is a bit annoying, MailChimp does not provide me with a system where I can import the contacts and thus save time, in MailChimp you have to add the contacts manually and this takes a long time. The process of importing the contacts has taken us about 2 weeks, it was a lot of contacts and it was quite a long and annoying process, I hope that MailChimp can add a system that facilitates the aggregation of contacts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the reasons that would make me recommend MailChimp to companies or to someone in particular, is because MailChimp offers a very powerful and much more efficient service than its competition, it manages to provide a service where campaigns can have greater visualization since they have better receptivity in the contact input trays. In addition, MailChimp is a software where you can have a general and very detailed visualization of the campaigns sent, it is capable of providing exact information about the traffic generated by each campaign and the interest it has captured in the contacts, it is a very good way to keep a total control.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

It's very affordable and has of every helpful features in it, unlike other similar platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how it has really helped us in our marketing sectors. Also its very simple to send automatic e-mail with it It's user friendly and easy to maintain.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's the Best email marketing solution for business,I have no negativity towards it.

The marketing solution with MailChimp is very easy to set up and to use,you should give it a try.
