What differentiates LogicGate Risk Cloud from other similar products?

The ability to highly customize your workflow. No other platform allows you to inject your own steps in that way that LogicGate does.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are out-of-the box apps/workflows that you can customize, or you can build your work from scratch.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When you consider the fact that each app (TPRM, contract management, etc.) is really just an out of the box workflow, the cost structure is overwhelming for small to medium businesses. It's by no means a fully developed point solution, that's solving all of your problems. It's certainly cheaper than buying three or four point solutions separately, but each app is built on the same workflow assets, so the individual costs feel like over-priced hosting. I would rather pay a larger sum for unlimited apps than be nickel and dimed and end up spending less. I also think there needs to be an "easy mode."

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The implementation team was great but be prepared to have someone ready to take over the Power User role and do the training. It can be confusing and it's not something that you want everyone doing. If you are only purchasing LogicGate for a single solution, I think you would have a better experience with a point solution. If you intend to expand your GRC footprint, then this is a great choice due to the customization capabilities and the links you can create between the apps.

Customization by the org is very easy and does not require developers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Drag and drop page/workflow builder was intuitive and allowed for very easy customization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Did not have a test environment at the time I was using it. All changes were live.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before starting to build, think carefully about your repeatable processes and the structure of your data.
