What differentiates LeadSquared from other similar products?

The fact that it is very reliable, the customer support team is very efficient, incase of any glitch they will be on it. Moreover, there hardly be any glitch, its is very smooth and efficient as a platform. There is a lot of scope of customisation that helps in understanding one'e productive along with the team productivity very effectively,

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lead distribution had never been easier. One can exactly track the status of each lead that enters the system, to be able to efficiently and effectively utilise each and every lead thus reducing the major coshed of lead generation Being able to to see the activity of what happened, when the last activity was performed on the lead is very helpful. The ability to integrate other tools on this platform makes it my all time favourite. Massing email and sms blast is a very cool feature which helps touch base with the leads from time to time and find hot leads from the dead leads with very less time and effort, this is the best feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing that I dislike about the product, except using it for the first time is a little difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates LeadSquared from other similar products?

- The automation journeys have lots of tracking and analytics for each step of the journey. - Data management for marketing campaigns is smoother with dynamic and static lists.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lead scoring accuracy helped me run re-targeting campaigns on certain unresponsive groups.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that I can't manually remove a participant from automation. I would have to blacklist that contact altogether otherwise they would keep getting emails.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend anyone this product if their company procedures for sales and marketing are not incredibly complex. If it is only used for marketing purposes then it is considerably a good choice however integrating sales function can have some side effects on marketing operations.
