What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

We are not yet using AI because we are an on-prem organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I don't have to have an IT background to use it! They have been a lifesaver for me when I get stuck on issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some things that should come out of the box. The good thing is that Laserfiche can do anything, you just have to build it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is an amazing community behind this product that is accessible through Laserfiche Answers! Use it. You will be your company's hero!
