What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

The features of Laserfiche are always evolving and improving to fit the newest trends and use needs of their customers. The developers regularly ask for feedback on product features and actually use that feedback to improve the product and come up with new features for their customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The different products and how they are able to communicate with each other to make one cohesive experience with creating and managing documents and information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost is reasonable, but still more than my agency would prefer to spend as a government agency.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Attend the trainings, and any User Group meetings that you can to get the most out of the product.
